Help me identify this plant #ID-tree #tree-ID please. Still trying to I'd this tree. Coming in to leave, has loads of these fruit type things.

It's driving me bonkers. Most of the cherry type things are at the top of the tree so getting any pics at all is a nightmare. If you look at the bottom left one, it's kind of spikes. Not sure if that's before or after the cherry type things. I'm guessing before, because when I first moved in and the tree was bare, there were a couple right at the very top of the tree (very bad pic in my photos).
