I didn't realize it until I took this photo, but this thing has more than tripled in size.
Are those Coal pieces at the bottom ? Seems it is bound to grow great heights

Black lava rock has charcoal which is great for mulching and neutralizes any effects of pesticides. In general you are increasing carbon content in the Soil too
