Or you could wait until the plant is dormant and give it a good haircut.

@littlesis it needs a good haircut it has a lot of new top growth all green with no flowers 😊

The one in my front garden was originally on the back and it survived the move and still needed a prune so think they are quite hardy.

Very attractive plant.The rain in Sussex has beaten all our peonies down and my hanging baskets are beaten down too. The rain is very heavy showers.

Thanks @tina and @ErinMc. @LynnS they are lovely I have a red one in the front garden but hasn't really grown much. The white one used to be in a pot and when we moved I took it with me it's doing great now 😊 👌 another gorgeous day! Unfortunately I am on my way to work in till 7pm 😒 have a lovely day all 😛
