Love my lovage! It's in a tricky spot, I needed a tall, skinny herb. This and my fennel are brilliant at hiding the fence without taking up too much space. #herb #tall #salad
It's titchy now but it'll be much taller in the summer!
What can you do with lovage?
Make soup it's delicious!
You can use the stalks in the same way as celery, same family so it tastes the same- stews, soups, curries, that sort of thing. The leaves can be used in salads.
