Something seems to be attacking the Sweetcorn plants! I don't think it's slugs because they'd be munching from the outside of the leaves! Anyone got any #advice or #tips? #gyp #allotment

After a bit of web surfing it lolls like it is slug damage. Apparently Sweetcorn leaves have strong ribs that the slugs can't munch, hence the lace like effect as they only eat the juicy bits! This site explains it: http://www.gardenfocused.co.uk/vegetable/sweetcorn/pest.php

#sweetcorn seedlings are starting to grow, but way too early to put them in the ground yet! Need to ensure no more frost before they venture out!
My 'field' of #gyo Sweetcorn is growing nicely #allotment
