All facing the sun :) about 5 inch tall already!

This is about how big mine are today.

@tkept How long ago did you plant them?

@dmm1976 They were started from seed then I put them in the ground about 2 weeks ago. I live in a very cold climate so I’m happy with the progress. It’s been in the 30F range at night and 60F day time highs lately.

@tkept these are about 7 weeks old. We have been 80-90's for awhile now. Summer not even official yet and I'm already looking forward to fall lol.

@dmm1976 I spent some time in the military at Camp Lejeune many years ago. I could not take that heat and humidity anymore. I’m still waiting for the snow to get off the mountains to go up and pick huckleberries this summer. High today is 58F down in the valley here at home.

I have American giant sunflower seeds. they grow a foot or two taller then mammoth can't wait for them to grow

It seems like I planted them ages ago!!! Just not getting blossom buds!
