Love all your begonias!

You got me started on begonias whether you know it or not. I have 5 Rex begonias now and 2 angel wing. For shame. It will never end now!

I forgot about the hanging baskets I just planted too. I have the names at home and will post some soon. I am in Texas in this freak of nature winter storm that is giving me migraines and killing my aloes and alocasias. We have no power at my house so I am at my mother in law’s. Space heaters aren’t cutting it in 12 degree temps.

@InsomniacMom it’s easy to get hooked on begonias but do the research on them for care, most are tricky plants to care for . Humidity is one of the most important things for them, and they don’t like the cold too much. I’m fortunate having a green house where it’s spring all the time.

I want to go to the botanical gardens in Ft. Worth. They have a private collection there that is one of the largest in the world. It is free but you have to have a reservation to visit.

You can grow begonias from a single leaf, I’d be sneaking a few hard to find specimens. @InsomniacMom I’ve posted some how to begonia propagation pictures.
