No none of the above its no stinky feet tree or penstemon I thought himalayan balsam or coleus maybe one of these it's in a clients garden they don't no wat it is neither do we
No not viburnum am sure it grows along beside water usually but not sure only ever seen it in this garden and possibly along the canal but not sure if it was but will try get a proper pic

Sorry not 100% sure but at a glance I'd say same as Beck's @mrsflowerpot some type of viburnum,have you got a pic of the whole shrub 🙄🤔

The leaves are exactly like the Persicaria aka bistort that I've just planted but it's not in flower yet so I can't match those.
