This is my first year growing sweet potato. I'm not sure when to harvest it. Everywhere I've read says when the leaves start to turn yellow and before the first frosts. As you can see the leaves are still very green and healthy (and tasty with garlic, ginger and soy sauce) but even in the mild Sussex climate we will have our first frosts in a few weeks. Any advice please?
