Help me identify this plant - I planted this bulb in Spring but didn't think to keep the packet and now can't remember what it is. Never grown one before so rather proud of myself - think it maybe some kind of Lilly?

Morning @dougal. The green & white variegation puts me in mind if Zantedeshia aethiopica 'Pershore Fantasia' and yes a lily as already mentioned.
