Beer in a shallow bowl or cup, buried at ground level. They go in for a drink and drown. DE or #diamtomacous-earth sprinkled around each plant, crushed eggshells and copper bands are also all things they avoid!
@KariSamuel Thanks for the advice! I like diatamatious earth the best :) I have used it before for ticks and it's wonderful stuff and totally safe for kids and pets. I will get some asap!

I saved a few of my #watermelon from outside. The 2 that I left out there are now covered in pine needles and surely frozen. But this one looks great 🥰 Hopefully it will grow well indoors 💕
