@KariSamuel True and both aren't the end of the world. Just needs some form of treatment. I will start with Trifecta Crop Control first as that seems to work well and doesn't harm the plants.
It’s likely woolly aphids. Mealy bugs rarely (if at all) produce this amount fuzz. You could use a Q tip or something similar to initially wipe them off and squidge them on some tissue. Then gently wipe a moist tissue all over the stems. It doesn’t look a very big plant so you should be able to get it under control without using anything stronger, but if you have some you could try it anyway
@richard.spicer.7906 Thank you 😊 It is small and the clump is pretty small so it shouldn't be a huge problem but it was hard to tell. I have to climb over some plants to get to it so I haven't looked at it up close yet 🙃 I will get to it soon 😌

It is mealy bugs. They do leave that fuzz
