Gardening is a passion for me. So far I have cultivated container garden, now developing a garden around our house, mostly on weekends.
This is a beautiful variety of cordyline. Don't know the exact id. Grows straight. @brightcolours
How tall does it grow? I'm not good with Cordyline varieties...

Could be negra, which is the black variety, yours looks a little more red? @drumadixit
@brightcolours @leisel mine may have grown at the most 3.5 ft. Mostly it is chocolate colour with slight reddish hue. I have even checked www.cordyline.org. None of the variants are like the one featured above.
How wide are the leaves?
