Why is my Frizzle Sizzle not curly anymore? Can someone help me?

I've had brown tips and I have trimmed them back. I have inside at the moment. But don't know if it can handle being outside right now. It's been pretty cold and raining in California lately.

My Frizzle Sizzle leaves got very straight. So I repotted and found this gem in the middle. Hopefully is a bloom or maybe some curly leaves. Time will tell.
