How large are the flowers on this fabulous shrub?

Sorry about the slow reply. The flowers are quite small but come in groups which is really beautiful. The plant is slightly over 2 meters tall. I’m going to put up a close up of the flowers to see you or anyone else recognizes them. Thanks for your help
