Help me identify this plant! Saw it tucked in among the sempervivums in someone's rock garden, but I'm 99% sure it will not make it thru a Michigan winter (Zone 6) alive. Lovely blue #succulent

@yogi2 it is #notmyplant so I have little control over the situation...
@emch tell that person where u saw it at. It is a houseplant not a outdoor plant at all.
@yogi2 the owner beat me to it and rescued this and the other succulents, potted them up & gave them away to a neighbor; evidently this person is not a houseplant type at all
