Help me identify this plant. Someone posted it at another gardening app which chooses to be nameless. They said it was in a friend's garden in Spain. Someone else suggested Echium but I have no clue. I'm mad to know what it is and whether I can raise these #trueblue bottlebrush-looking flowers in Michigan. Any ideas peeps? PlantID

They are everywhere here and just starting to bloom. Amazing plant if you have the room for them. Bees absolutely love them too. 👍
