Gardening in mostly deep shade in Zone 6. My passion is adding more native plants to my landscape & clearing out the foreign invasives.

In a more natural light this #exoskeletal visitor would be easier to see... #wildlifewednesday

This is the angle of approach that probably earned the variety its name, @columbiariver

Odd coincidence that I spotted baby "Snowflake" shoots #3 and #4 on a day it was snowing so hard you could hardly see through it... #succulent #newgrowth #euphorbscanlooklikeanything

Nice variegation, new growth means a happy plant Eileen.

If you look down on it from the top @columbiariver there is a resemblance to a snowflake, but from this angle no way!👎

A different angle allowing taggers to compare the new shoot to what may or may not be the parent plant. The adult plant has many more ridges than the little upstart and the #newgrowth on "Snowflake" seems to emerge at the top only. Just don't know what to think...are they parent and child?

The shifting light and growing conditions have left Miss Ma'amselle Snowflake with an ombre look LOL #euphorbscanlooklikeanything
