Gardening in mostly deep shade in Zone 6. My passion is adding more native plants to my landscape & clearing out the foreign invasives.

Help me identify this plant. It's in the right place to be a Malva moschata but I remember those having solid leaves, not skeletons. Any thoughts peeps? #plantid

Either mallow plant or cosmos. But I'm leaning towards mallow

Could also be Morning of the Hour

Now there's one I've never heard of @Papa3D1S

Might be called Flower of an Hour instead. It's a short hibiscus plant. Short lived Perennial or Annual type. Only blooms in early sunrise moment and wilts by noon.
