I have no clue where they came from @KariSamuel -- I already had them when I got that beautiful new Gymno I posted.

I have been having problems with them too. I have managed to catch them early before they do damage. I saw a photo of mealybugs on the eyes of potatoes. They can come in on our produce. 🙀 Hope you are rid of them now 🤞🤞
Working on it, @hkyfvr ! I took Friday off to get my new phurnace installed and spent a considerable chunk of the day doing 'search and destroy' on the little fluffy menace
I'm dealing with a dying furnace right now too. It's jerry-rigged right now and I have gotten bids ranging from 6300 to 12000$ the disparity is ridiculous!
This technology currently ranges from hamster-wheel turbines that heat up the house to practically nuclear fission @lesliecole49

Most of these are mystery plantz. Votes on the identities of most of these are welcome. Clockwise from upper R, we have Stapelia grandiflora, 2 Beats Me plants that resemble Echeverias, and 2 Mystery Sticks that may or may not be the same species. Dead center is an I'm Clueless Plant, with 4 wings on the stem and what looks like a maple leaf emerging from the top... #plantid

My mealybug solution -- I jettisoned the rest of the plant and wiped this section down with rubbing alcohol. Tomorrow it goes in with the struggling remnants of my beloved S. lepida...
