I must admit to being apprehensive using the vinca plants in the garden but so far they’ve behaved well (mostly) and provide great cover/interest for a variety of positions in the garden. I am strict with where it goes, however, and I am sure these will be my famous last words ...

I let it get the upper hand in my garden so currently waging war on it. I do love the delicate little flowers though.

I remember my parents' garden had a huge swathe of vinca underneath a lilac tree. I used to pick the flowers and make a vinca wreath 💜
