Help me identify this plant. Something else weird looking has sprung up. Not sure if I like the look of it. Any ideas??

Will be removing from garden as a toxic plant as we have a dog! I thought it looked poisonous
Does your dog eat plants?
@joanboston Not really but he sniffs around the garden and picks up twigs and the odd occasion a mouthful of grass! Better to be safe than sorry!
