I only saw how pretty the red was until I read your post. I would break that one off and leave it unplanted until it decides to grow or not. Cut down on the watering too. ❤

Pull out let dry out and repot maybe into a free draining mix.Some semps attract problems.Ive had bad luck with some myself 😐

@Muzz67 I’m just leaving them as is. They are in a 50/50 ratio of perlite to cactus soil so it drains well, it likely just got Watered too soon.

Just beware Perlite as it holds a lot of water .Your semps look good though 😆
