@kez001uk aren't they? A lady down the lane planted some in the hedgerow last year. They blew me away, so I asked if I could collect some seeds. 💜💜

@kez001uk I didn't expect the two different colours to flower next to each other. I just sprinkled a few seeds in a new bed that was empty last autumn.

Anybody know what the name of this poppy is please? Growing in a bank just down the lane. The lady opposite came out and said she had planted them and I can help myself when the seed heads are ready. How lucky am I? #plantid #poppy
