I learned after many fails so here's what's been working every time for me now @rwoot make sure to pull the leaves off of the stem correctly (I use a twist motion to make sure to get some flesh from the stem) then in dry cactus soil (type of soil is a whole new topic lol) i lay them out in a straight row with the "seam" on the bottom. Making sure the top side when you pullled them off is still on the top. Don't spray or water them at all or they will rot. Once they callus over
You can start spraying the soil near the end that use to be attached from the stem. Never get them wet even after they sprout roots or babies, they will still rot, and I don't transfer them or repot them bc they die. Lol hope I explained it ok. Lmk if you need anything else
2 of 33 finally sprouting their babies!! Third time is a charm 😍
