It's beautiful but it isn't a woolly cobweb houseleek (sempervivum arachnoideum). S. arachnoideum looks like it's been wrapped in spider's webs.

Thank you @Soph1e they really are stunning unfortunately it was a bit of a guess from looking at other pictures. Do you have any idea what it might be by chance :-)

My best guess would be sempervivum hirtum as they have the tiny little hairs on the edges of each leaf.
