Its either a Sedum or Graptosedum There are so many .You could have a search here ? 😆 http://www.crassulaceae.ch/de/artikel?akID=182
Is it more pink or more orange ? Could be Sedum Pat's Pink ?
I'm with muzz, looks like a sedum or graptosedum! But I don't trust this web, however crassulacae it may be, this one throws by fans of the succulents and not always know the name! I recommend google it various webs 😉

It's so hard Ros when there are so many, subtle differences and changing colours due to conditions @rosegardengirl
