Oh dear @zylo , were they french marigolds ? I lost some of mine too but they dont touch these 🖒

@fuschia I Think they were 😕 It's weird in that slugs and snails usually only attack plants in a sparing sort of way (except for seedlings ), a leaf or 2 and some buds, & usually a plant can be rescued and Nursed to health. But with my marigolds, they strip even the adult plants to a stump in one night so that there isn't even anything left to rescue 😢 Alas, I will have to resign my marigolds to hanging baskets or some such, The snails simply won't leave then alone
