@brightcolours yes I've tried it on the rockery and also in the wall and between paving stones, survived longest on the rockery but that wasn't very long.

Help me identify this plant. Creeping under the fence from next door neighbours. Any ideas?

It's a Italian toadflax, cymbalaria pallida, an inoffensive weed who grows in the walls, I have loads in my walls

Spreads readily. But easily controlled.
