@Keely I've seen them for about 6 quid. I found I can get what I want and cheaper, when I don't use garden centres and support true independent nurseries. For my front border I went to a GC only once for a couple of geraniums and a few bare roots and that was it! I'm waiting for an oddball plant to come from an eBay seller, testing the waters..😀

Let me know if you see one n they deliver, I buy a lot from eBay too Graham there are some good nurseries that sell on there I also buy a lot from Secret Gardening Club online had some great plants from them n free delivery over £20 spend just ordered more for next years change from them, they put new ones on weekly 😆 n its a Yorkshire nursery 👍

@Keely there's one mail order from a Harrogate FS exhibitor based in Doncaster I thought had shut down. Its listed as Sanguisorba hakusanensis. I'm pretty sure this is maybe a synonym of s.obtusa lilac squirrel. They both look to be the same height. Might be worth emailing to ask.
