I bought this Occuclip that attaches itself to your iPhone. Not bad for my first pic - macro shot of my Lavender seedlings I'm currently growing.

I'm growing lavender and am trying to find out when I should move to the garden

I'd plant them out any day now. The soil is still warm and they'll grow some more before the cold of winter sets in.

@brightcolours thanks! I got me a dwarf variety so I can put them in a nice pot.

@ginabeattie these don't look like lavender seedlings though?

@brightcolours I thought the same thing when the seedlings started to develop. It says on the packet Lavender English Dwarf. They remind me of my basil I started a while back. Will keep you posted

Was it an unopened packet??

@brightcolours it was a new packet. I even remember when I opened the seed pack because I had a strong smell of lavender burst out of the packet. I'll keep an eye on it

How long did they take to germinate? "...usually germinates in 1-3 months at 15°C." http://www.pfaf.org/user/Plant.aspx?LatinName=Lavandula+angustifolia
