Aeonium Simsii x Zwartkop

A few weeks after chopping the top off lots of new growth has appeared. Don’t know what I was so worried about! 😌

Picked this up on a local Facebook selling page for £2, It’s quite lopsided, tall and lanky so I was pondering chopping the top off. Am I right in thinking that by doing this it will branch and I’ll get new plants out of it too? Bit nervous about doing it, but nothing ventured, nothing gained right?!
