Could be 'Blue moon' maybe or 'Blue for you'?

I have this rose too, it is called Blue Moon. It has taken nearly three years to bloom, and it doesn't seem too healthy 🤔 maybe I have it in the wrong position. It is a climber is yours?

Thanks @corbin and @scarymary Blue Moon is ringing bells . I've had it several years but don't get many flowers. Wouldn't have been brought as a climber but it's about 5ft - but all the roses in that border, a bit shady under front window seem to go a bit nuts!! Gizzy dog doesn't like it as they block her view of the road from the back of the settee 🐶🌹🌹
