Seems Hibiscus to me. Flower isn't open and leaves focus isn't clear

Its the desi variety of hibiscus, popularly known as China rose. If I'm not wrong, its also the national flower of Malaysia

@gauravsh6 it's a bud but is the background supposed to be clear when I'm focusing only on the bud?

You missed the point. Plants gets identified from leaves much more easily
