Hoya kerrii leaves growing by themselves only have a small chance of producing new shoots, and this would normally be after several years. If you do happen to have a non grower then the speed of growth will obviously be zero. I got this one February 2019 after 1 year six months now I has another leaf & a new shoot coming.
