It's always better to post a clear picture of the plant along with some description like if it's a tree, shrub, climber, etc. This will help in identification. Is this a tree? If so it could be cassia fistula.
@grima i think it is Laburnum anagyroides, the common laburnun also called golden shower tree.
@drumadixit ,it is not a tree.Its a shrub.
@adnanulhaq ,Laburnum has compound leaves.But in this case there are simple leaves.So is it Laburnum????
