For your other golden ball have you removed it from the pot yet and removed the soil around its roots? If you do that you allow the roots to dry better and you will have two cuties!! Also only leave them out for ~2-3 days

@erichbubig I'll do that. I think it was rotting when I got it :(

Yeah remove it from the soil and allow it to dry and it will be happy 😁. Did you water when you first got it?

@erichbubig I watered it once two weeks after I bought it. It had this hole at the bottom that I thought may have been a spot where a bug chewed it or something, so I left it out of the pot for a few days so it would scab over. When I watered it, it crumpled up where the hole was.

Sorry to hear, my graptosedum just started dying because slugs wanted it for a snack. 😭
