Always loved to potter in the garden but only really in the last couple of years, have I embraced it by redesigning our space and growing from seed

Love this! It self seeded in 2 spots in my garden about 3 years ago. Found it’s happy place here and also another large one in my Hosta bed. The parent plant was seen off by the dreaded vine weevil about 2 years ago. But this one and it’s sister come back stronger every year and don’t seem to be affected by them 😄

I’ve had two different varieties self seed in the access path alongside the house. Potted them up & they seem to be doing really well 🤞

So this was a save from my huge #heuchera that was in a pot last year and attacked by #vineweevil not a single root remained! Divided what was left and now have 5 plants, this one is still in a bed and has shot up in the last week. ❤️❤️❤️

@fuschia Pearl, you can divide it, like Hosta or Cala Lily, if in the ground do it early spring when the growing tips are just showing. But if in a pot, yes you can, your parent plant may look a little sorry for itself for a few weeks but will soon recover if you care for it.

@fuschia no Pearl, I have one in a pot that needed reporting, so while I was doing that I separated some from the main body. As they'd got some of the main stem attached I did then as cuttings. My main plant looked poor for about 2 weeks after but she's blooming now! I will put a new pic on of her now 😍😀
