Just moved to Canada from the UK and I have developed a new interest in plants, especially succulents!

Do you have any tips for propagations? Most of mine never make it.

Graptopetalums are the easiest to propagate, they are quick too. However I lay the leaves on soil in a shallow dish, and mist with water every day until the plant emerges with roots too, then I transfer to a bigger pot. Some leaves go for weeks with nothing happening but keep at it if the leaf is still looking healthy. If just roots appear I sometimes take the leaf off the soil and onto my shelf where I just ignore it, that sometimes works in forcing them to do something.
