Hoya Wayettii

So if u saw my other poststhis thing was on a steady decline so.i decided to take it out of the soil and pot it was in an put it in less wet better draining soil and a slightly smaller pot since so much of the plant has died. Fingers crossed I did the right thing and it bounces back. I'm so sad about it. #hoyawayetti #hoya #repot #overwatered #sadplant

Well I ended up cutting it all the way back and trying to put some stems in water. Lost more and more of it by the day...leaves turning dark and squishy but seeming dry at the same time @cyndi

I actually had repotted it when I posted that pic in the blue pot and there wasn't. I doubt there is now u know its new dirt that looked fine and I didnt water it in @cyndi

This was beyond shock! Lol @cyndi I had to take cuttings because before long there would have been none left at all u know

Whyyyy? Ugh I'm so freaking upset this is the second time I removed this much what can I do to save it? I thought they got squishy and dark because they were up against a cold window so I moved it a bit but again the side facing the window did the same thing. I'm gonna move it totally away right now. I'm.assuming its had too.much water too? #planthelp

I'm not sure about this plant exactly but here's something to go by, The thicker the leaves the less water it needs, because they usually hold water, there are exceptions but overall this is relevant 🤔💘😍

Look at all these new vines just waiting for leaves...im.so happy. This really is one of my.favorite hoyas. #hoya #newgrowth
