I don't think so because they are winter dormant.

#sempervivums are actually #winter-growing-succulents And the A to your Q is : Heather, is Yes ma'am.... they do need to be watered in the winter. Sempervivums are very cold tolerant... they thrive and prefer cooler temps 🌡❄than most #succulents and will survive even in the snow. ☃️They actually get some of their most distinctive coloring with the winter sun.☀️❄ @heatherdirtyhands @gorgeousgarden And even succulents that are dormant still need to be watered from time to time 🙂🌵💧Good luck!😘
