Last watermelon radish of the season and these beds. We'll transplant the more permanent plants to a new backyard kitchen garden. And in this current space will be a courtyard between my house and my mom's cottage. #radish #watermelonradish

Wow . What does it taste like. A radish is peppery but a watermelon is sweet.

Very mild radish flavor. I honestly don't love raw radish, so I season & roast these just like I would potatoes and they are really delicious. Just like roasted potato flavor but with a little kick!

@emch lol I get it, sounds weird! They have the same texture as a potato & also fairly bland as most of the flavor cooks out, they just have a hint of radish flavor once roasted. I usually just mix & cook them all together.
