Yes it is a perennial. Not sure why it had this name tag. It was even advertised as this colour. Maybe they got it wrong again. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😁 @gjones

Just looked it up in the encyclopedia and it shows this exact colour with the butterfly blue. Weird but true. 💜💙💜 @gjones

My butterfly blue is pretty close to this, not as blue as you'd think by the name
