#umbrellatree with #root on the growing out of the dirt
Early Winter 2020

Started this #umbrellatree as a cut branch. Has anyone done this? The root appears to be growing on the wrong side of the dirt? Any suggestions? #root

I have rooted scheff branches before, great to see it's rooted, I would cover that with some more soil😊

@tinaaune thank you! I will cover it with dirt. This was my first time so I’m pretty excited that it worked!

Propagation from the stem. I have a few leaves I’m trying to get root with but this method is working better
