I think it's Ficus benjamina 'Starlight'

It's a weeping fig. Ficus elastica. It's a very adaptable houseplant. Just don't let it get too wet or too dry keep away from radiators and it will thrive for years.

@PlantDoctor I think you typed the wrong Latin name - Ficus elastica is the Rubber Plant.
