Grown from seed at least 10 years ago and despite all kinds of weather and being cut back to ground level it comes back year after year not as tall as the first years but hey you can't have it all #hut123456789 🍷🍷🍷🍷🇬🇧🇬🇧😎

@inaann3 oh I love these! My neighbour has one in the front garden that I've been aspiring to, so today, obviously with permission, I've been and collected seeds! It must be over 6ft so can't wait to have a go at some of these. Beautiful thistle head that bees will live 😝🤗💜💚
Saw these many years ago at Cambridge University Arboretum and have had them since, supposed to change the plant after 4/5 years but ours keep reseeding so I just cut back to ground level and away they go🍷🍷🍷🍷🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧😎!
