They don't look like petiolaris leaves
I don’t think it’s climbing hydrangea, well at least not the same as the plant I have. Does the stem have prickles?

In case anyone was wondering, I think it’s actinidia deliciosa or kiwi or Chinese Gooseberry. I saw one in a nursery and I’m sure it’s the same! Never seen one before. At least I can help look after it now! 🥝🌸
