Wow. That's impressive. I read that Agave died once they flowered. That would be a shame so hope it's a different variety

They do die after flowering @Shephes but there are lots of pups around the base. It's been flowering for months and still has a few to go by the looks of it.

--- by the way my Agave is still going , after anticipating possible slow deterioration???

@whitesusan I think they have to be 10 years plus before they'll flower. They're pretty indestructible. The only problem I've had is some frost damage in winter.
