Is this the same as Ammi Majus. Someone posted the plant yesterday for identity. I replied that it was Bishops Flower or Ammi Majus but you've just sown a seed of doubt in my mind. Whatever it is it always looks great. A bit more refined than the cow parsley that seeds in my garden from the farm behind. 😀

Thanks for the information. I'm now completely confused because I've spent the best part of 30 years getting rid of and keeping clear of Bishop's weed or ground elder from this 106 year old garden I never allowed it to flower to know what it looked like. Much as it's very pretty I will give it a wide berth.

@angipangi hogweed and ground elder are not allowed 😀they are quite pernicious
