My neighbour inherited a full sized tree but it doesn’t flower every year, I’ve only seen the flowers once and they had fell off the tree in bud, I think it needs a good feed personally.

That’s a shame Elaine, the flowers are definitely the star of the show. I have never fed mine but they are quite old now. I planted them around 20 years ago. They didn’t bloom for quite a few years. I wonder how old their tree is? A good feed would definitely be worth a try to encourage it to bloom 🤍🤍 @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom
